Shelfetti provides waitlist management, demand reporting, and consent-based restock notification tooling for online retailers, on an as-is basis for the pilot period.

Waitlist signups are expressions of customer interest. Shelfetti does not guarantee purchases, revenue, deliverability to any particular inbox, or continued stock availability.

Sellers must only add subscribers who asked to be notified, must honor unsubscribes (the platform enforces this automatically), and must not use Shelfetti to send unrelated promotional campaigns.

Subscriptions are billed monthly per the published plan. Limits are enforced as described on the pricing page. The operator may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate applicable law.
