Privacy Policy

DRAFT - not legal advice. This draft policy was prepared for the local MVP and requires review by a qualified attorney in the relevant jurisdictions before any public launch.

Shelfetti collects the minimum data needed to run product waitlists: store account details, product and waitlist records, and subscriber email addresses with their consent records (consent text version, timestamp, and source).

Subscriber emails are personal information. They are never shown publicly, never shared across stores, and are used only to send the restock notification the subscriber asked for and a confirmation email for that signup.

Every notification contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing is immediate, is logged in an append-only consent history, and is never automatically reversed.

We do not use cross-site fingerprinting. Source tags on waitlist links are seller-chosen labels (for example "social") and are approximate attribution only.

Store owners can export their own waitlist data and are responsible for handling exports under applicable privacy law. Deletion requests can be sent to the store that collected the address, or to the operator contact in the final published version of this policy.
